Orders of $0-$79.99 (USD) that ship within the 48 contiguous United States pay a flat $8.00 shipping fee
Orders of $80-$199.99 (USD) that ship within the 48 contiguous United States pay a 10% shipping fee (i.e. $90 order pays a $9 shipping fee)
Orders of $200 (USD) or more that ship within the 48 contiguous United States ship for FREE
Orders of $0-$49.99 (USD) that ship outside the 48 contiguous United States pay a flat $10.00 shipping fee
Orders of $50-$199.99 (USD) that ship outside the 48 contiguous United States pay a 20% shipping fee (i.e. $70 order pays $14 shipping)
Orders of $200 (USD) or more that ship outside the 48 contiguous United States pay a 10% shipping fee (i.e. $250 order pays $25 shipping)
CANADA SHIPPING RATES
Orders of $0-$29.99 (CAN) pay a flat $6.00 shipping fee
Orders of $30-$239.99 (CAN) pay a 20% shipping fee (i.e. $70 order pays $14 shipping)
Orders of $240 (CAN) or more pay a 10% shipping fee (i.e. $250 order pays $25 shipping)
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND OPTIONS
All orders ship directly to you from Scentsy’s distribution center via UPS ground. Some smaller orders may ship via U.S. Postal Service. Scentsy does not use any other carriers and does not offer any other shipping or expedited shipping options at this time. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Scentsy does not currently accept requests to hold an order until the entire order can be shipped at the same time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Scentsy’s policy is that your order will leave the distribution center within 10 business days, however, Scentsy does try to ship items out as soon as possible and most orders ship within 5 business days. Shipping times may be much less than 10 business days during slower times of the year (mainly summer months-June and July) and may increase up to the full 10 business days during busier times of the year (end of year holiday season) but your order should always ship within 10 business days regardless of the time of year. So if you ordered in July and received your order in 3 days but then ordered again in December and had to wait 12 days to receive your order, that is why.
This 10 business day policy is a policy, not a guarantee. Every now and then popular items will go on back order and if that is the case you may wait a little longer to receive an item. When items go on back order Scentsy does all in its power to expedite additional shipments of back ordered items to its distribution center to try and keep shipping times to a minimum. If an item you ordered is on back order you will be notified via e-mail.
GIFT WRAP/CARDS
Scentsy does not currently offer any gift wrapping, cards or other extra items that can be included as part of your order.
