One of the biggest questions they have prior to deciding if they will come back or not is “Can I purchase a new Starter Kit?” In the past, the answer to this question has always been, “No.” However, for the first time EVER Scentsy is allowing former consultants who reinstate their accounts in January or February 2017 the opportunity to purchase a new Starter Kit when they reinstate. The only catch is that your account has to have been canceled December 2015 or prior to that.

Reinstating your account is easy! Simply send an e-mail to accountservices@scentsy.com and include your name, Consultant ID# (if you remember it) and let them know which Starter Kit you would like to purchase. You also have the option of not purchasing a Starter Kit when you reinstate.
